“Having lived in Brussels for five years, I was delighted to find such a wide range of Belgian beers and not just the usual suspects. Especially pleased that they stocked the wonderful beer from the La Senne brewery, which are high on my favourites list. Service was spot on and the beer arrived faster than I expected. I will return for some more from La Senne, and this time some Trappist Orval, which was not always easy to find in Brussels.”

“Order received quickly and in sufficient packaging. Items had been replaced as were out of stock however was not told this was the case until contacting. Also had an item missing but was sent out the next day once contacted.”

“The correct beers arrived undamaged in a well packaged box...however, I would have given 5 stars but Parcel Force let me down and my package had to be collected from them in the end meaning they arrived late! But happy with everything else that Beer Merchants had done!”

“Delivery was shocking, paying £5 for delivery and it takes 9 days .............. My husband asked me for this beer for his birthday.........he got it a week later. Ok you sent a email saying it got damaged and was returned to you therefore you had to send it out again. I got the impression that it was ok , as I was the one chasing up the order not the other way around.”

Hi, Really sorry to hear you had these difficulties. With the bank holiday weekend hitting we had four days of no deliveries which had affected this order. We always aim to get our deliveries out as quickly as possible, as we had done once we were notified of the damages following this holiday. The Beer Merchants team
