“Hi, just a couple of things. One: On every order I make there is something missing. Two: You've changed the website navigation slightly. I browse by Country (i.e. Belgium) scrolling down through your range selecting as I go down the alphabetic list. The problem starts after you've clicked on a selection, chosen the quantity and tried to return to the alphabetic list - it now returns you to the very top of the list rather than where you were! This becomes a bigger issue the further you get down the alphabet, as the list takes a while to refresh. So by the time you're near the end of the alphabet you're properly fed-up waiting for the list to refresh. Please try it and see what I mean. It used to return you to where you were on the list. “Ordered "It's a case of lager" two days before my mate's 50th birthday and he received it the day before so very happy with the service. The beers I am told when down very well also.”

“First batch of beer was out of date but Beer Merchants not only took my word for it, they replaced the beer straight away at no cost. Great service as it came in a couple of days in time for the cooking contest!”

“Once again a very good service where items delivered in a quick timescale and you were able to track your order. However on this occasion I believe this beer was a little pricey. The beer itself was very refreshing however it did not have a very strong flavour a weaker version of Hoegaarden which I used to drink before I was diagnosed, so I will not be ordering this one again.”

“No information about delivery..e-mailed but No response. Then email about tjat your order is shipped..No order arrived..Waited and then had to call them..after that i finally got my beer. Need to step up on service”

Hi, Really sorry to hear you had problems with the couriers in this instance. We ship on an express service but sometimes things can go awry once passed over to a 3rd party courier.
