“Delivery was astoundingly quick. Excellent service! I'd give 5 stars, but there was a reduced price for 24 bottles... but Beer Merchants only had 15 in stock. Ah well, it's a good excuse to buy more beer.”

“I've used Beer Merchants for a number of years and always been satisfied. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is that for the first time my prime choice - Rochefort 8 - was not in stock, and neither was some of my other favourites, Hoegaarden Grand Cru and Verboden Vrucht.”

“Order never went out for delivery, no information why or how long the delay would be. On the good side, the refund went very well and quickly. Team is very communicative. Still, I'd rather have had my delivery and not bother at all. Would not order again.”

“I'm only giving 3 stars as beer turned up but instead of the cans I ordered I had bottles. Now I know there are supply problems with the cans so fair play in fulfilling my order with bottles but perhaps a quick email to let me know would have been good. Otherwise great service”

“In our family we occasionally organise special meals to celebrate a particular author. It's just a bit of fun, and it introduces the grandchildren to that author ( though the food and drink is what brings them! That means we cook and serve the food of the author's homeland, and of course serve wine or beer from there. This time the meal is for Henrik Ibsen, and Beer Merchants actually had Norwegian beer available! They also delivered it very promptly indeed. Well done Beer Merchants!”

“They made a small error with my first ever order from them - an item was missing and a single beer substitution had been made. When I pointed this out they were apologetic, sent the missing item and, to my delight, also sent me a considerable amount of complimentary beer by way of an apology. Tremendous service!”
