“Selection at beer merchants is great, delivery was also very fast and price reasonable against competitors however the 5l keg I ordered for an event arrived with 6 days before the best before date meaning I can't use it as planned! If there was any warning of this on the sales page (I don't think there was) I missed it, shame it'll likely put me off ordering again in near future”

“I opted out of advertising and newsletters, so why do you keep sending them? I don't have the option to opt out since i ALREADY opted out when I placed the order. Please stop.”

“I enjoyed the beer and my wife liked the T shirt.”

“Disappointing. Second time in a row they sent me out of date beer. No apology, no compensation, didn’t even refund without re-collecting, so further inconveniencing. Would avoid as others offer better service.”
