“The beer I received was late and out of date. The site said it would be received within 4 days which would have been Christmas Eve at the latest. When I had not received it by then I rang the enquiry number, I spoke to Ryan who would not tell me his surname, Ryan was very surly rude and unhelpful. Eventually the beer arrived on 28th December and the use by date was 6th December.”

Hi Diane, Apologies that you have not been happy with the service. Looking over our records I can see this order was placed after our Christmas delivery cut-off (19th Dec). We always try to get everything placed after the cut-off delivered in time, but this is not always possible with the days the couriers are closed over the holiday season. Looking over this order I can also advise the cans you purchased have a canned on date, rather than a best before date (this is not always a requirement outside of the UK). “Ordered on Tuesday 25/12/18. Still no delivery as of Friday 04/01/18. Totally unacceptable, refund and cancellation of order requested. Won’t use again. Very poor service.”

“I ordered beer on 20th December for Christmas and it arrived on 28th which is pretty poor considering that Brewdog manage to get it all the way from Aberdeen pretty well next day!”

Hi Michael, Apologies that this order did not arrive in time for Christmas as you wanted, but our guaranteed delivery cut-off was the 19th Dec. We always try our best to get everything placed after this cut-off point but it is not a guarantee. Apologies again, The Beer Merchants Team
