“Prompt delivery of delicious beers that are difficult to get hold of anywhere else in the UK. A bit more care when taping up the packages would improve the service even further. Cap on one beer had leaked; got refund same day!”

“They supplied nearly all my favourite Belgian beers at a fair price. Would have been Very Good but they sent me someone else's order by mistake. Still, these things happen, and they did replace within 6 days.”

“Speed of delivery as always is good. This time of the year is understandably busy but noticed many items out of stock which was a little dissapointing. I did however find some alternatives. I will be aiming to stock up a lot earlier next year, shame , but merry Xmas to you guys who otherwise are always my first go to supplier.”

“I ordered a big wave glass as a present ,but a couple of days later I was informed it was out of stock and would not arrive before Xmas ,but I actually did not need it till the new year anyway ,so would have been happy to wait for delivery .I have received a refund .”

“Parcel arrived damaged. One bottle was broken. Parcelforce advised that as contents were glass they weren't responsible and was duty of sender to ensure adequate packaging.”
