“Excellent beers that I can't find elsewhere. Very prompt delivery, packaged securely. The item I ordered should have included cardboard carriers for the beers but they weren't inside the parcel. I telephoned and was assured it wouldn't happen again and they would be sent out straight away. I didn't receive them so had to phone again but the member of staff was most apologetic and sent them via a 'signed for' service and I received them the next day. I would definitely recommend Beer Merchants and will certainly order again. The only reason I didn't give a 'very good' rating was purely because of the cardboard carriers issue but I am sure that this was probably a one-off.”

“I buy the same soft drink for my son every Christmas it is only available from beer merchants. He originally tasted it when he went skiing in Germany. They were out of stock for a time this year which has never happened before but I kept trying to order till they had the product back in again. The shipping works out as expensive as the product to buy but I'd expect it to be expensive because of distanice. They are always prompt to send the delivery and I have never received the goods broken even though it is glass bottles. The site is really easy to navigate also.”
