“I ordered a big wave glass as a present ,but a couple of days later I was informed it was out of stock and would not arrive before Xmas ,but I actually did not need it till the new year anyway ,so would have been happy to wait for delivery .I have received a refund .”

“Parcel arrived damaged. One bottle was broken. Parcelforce advised that as contents were glass they weren't responsible and was duty of sender to ensure adequate packaging.”

“The service from Beer Merchants was excellent. When a couple of cans I'd ordered were damaged during packing, they called up and offered a refund/replacement as there were no others left in stock. They were also fast an efficient. The reason it's 4 rather than 5 is because the selection of beers was a little limited. When you sorted by country, some countries had no beers available. Also, they use Parcel Force for delivering their packages, and they really let the service down.”
