“There is always a very good diversity of stock, and delivery is very good and fast. BUT... i recently brought on of your gift packs as part of my order, and was very unhappy when the items arrived mixed in with the rest of my order; i had excepted that a 'gift pack' would have been in gift packaging for example a box of its own. So now that i want to give the gift pack to a friend as a Christmas present I need to find a way to package the items myself.”

“If you are buying gifts for Christmas I urge you to thoroughly check your order when it arrives. A couple of weeks ago I had a wrong bottle sent out which was quickly resolved. I then placed another order of 24 bottles and I was shorted 2 bottles! I sent an email on Saturday to someone called Kieron to complain, it’s now Wednesday and I’ve had no reply.”

“Loved the pricing for what can be very expensive beers. Nice to get a good range of Gueuze and not have to remortgage the house. Super fast delivery! Would’ve preferred the box not to be covered in Matey bubble bath... but that’s not Beer Merchants fault!”

“The beer I was sent was not correct. Instead of being Troubadour Westkust 9.2% it was the 8.5%. When I made them aware of this they replied saying they knew, they just hadn't updated the website yet. The new release was over a year ago and it only just took them this long to update their site. I have used their distributors "Cave" before and they are the same, unaware of the products they have or are selling. Diabolical organisation and internal communications.”

“Ordered a great beer advent calendar at a good price. Only let down by the poor delivery service I ordered on a thursday and received my parcel on the Monday. (Ordered in Nov)”

“Great choice, quick delivery and although one of my bottles was sent incorrectly (easily done as I ordered many different bottles), they resolved it quickly and I received the bottle I ordered within a couple of days”
