“Delivery not yet received. I thought ordering on weds 20th would be ok for Xmas delivery but it was beyond parcelforce's capabilities. ps It would appear that the package was damaged in transit hence Parcelforce's non-delivery. No quibble refund from Beer Merchants. So make that 4 or 5 stars rather than 1 for Beer Merchants. 0 stars for Parcelforce's tracking system.”
