“Insufficient packaging meant beers bounced around inside the box during delivery/transit. Wrong beers sent. Beers missing. Seems like its a lottery buying beers from you. Wouldn't recommend you and probably wouldn't use you again, which is a shame as the selection is devent and pricing seems fair. Thanks.”

“My order was delivered reasonably promptly; but then I can hardly hold them responsible for the recent bad weather causing a delay. When it arrived it was exactly what I had ordered. I've tasted one bottle so far, it was delicious. I look forward to tasting the rest.”

“I have not received my order and I have had no communication from Beer Merchants. I cannot put less than very poor. I have checked the Parcel Force tracking history and it states that it was delivered back to sender 15/2/18 (Thurs). It is now 20/2/18 (Tues) and I have been asked for some customer feedback to say how well you have done. I would expect more for a regular customer, but I suppose I can shop somewhere else when I get my refund. Yours unhappily Carl”
