“Some of the beer didn't arrive due to "damage", which is frustrating but ultimately refunded and an understandable accident. A number of the cans which did arrive had dents, however, meaning I could no longer give them as Christmas presents.”

“Just restocked my Christmas Belgium selection always a wide and interesting selection. One of my free glasses was broken on receipt but a replacement turned around in 3 days. Can't ask for much more just keep those lists going, thanks J.”

“Very happy with Beer Merchants. Not happy with their choice of couriers... Parcelforce have (yet again) failed to deliver our order on time. Having been palmed off to two different depos to "resolve" the issue, we're still in the dark. Fingers crossed the Christmas brews actually arrive in time for Christmas!”
