“Their service is very good and quick, they also provide a track service for their parcels, however I do believe their beers a little expensive.”

“In our family we occasionally organise special meals to celebrate a particular author. It's just a bit of fun, and it introduces the grandchildren to that author ( though the food and drink is what brings them! That means we cook and serve the food of the author's homeland, and of course serve wine or beer from there. This time the meal is for Henrik Ibsen, and Beer Merchants actually had Norwegian beer available! They also delivered it very promptly indeed. Well done Beer Merchants!”

“They made a small error with my first ever order from them - an item was missing and a single beer substitution had been made. When I pointed this out they were apologetic, sent the missing item and, to my delight, also sent me a considerable amount of complimentary beer by way of an apology. Tremendous service!”

“Beer arrived very promptly, ordered on Tuesday evening, and arrived by Thursday. Shipping was free despite using a decent courier! (DPD) Website worked well (despite a few personal UI niggles) and had a wide range of beers I would struggle to find elsewhere.”

“Ordered "It's a case of lager" two days before my mate's 50th birthday and he received it the day before so very happy with the service. The beers I am told when down very well also.”
