“Things go wrong with deliveries especially when those deliveries are bottles of beer and its Christmas! But yet again Beer Merchants customer service and DHL put things right super quick. Great beer, great prices exemplary customer service.”

“Having now finished the contents of my advent calendar, what a great variety of beers, many different tastes and flavours, many i would have not tried as i only tend to drink dark strong beers. “I bought a Belgium Christmas beer case and 3 of the advertised items were out of stock, completely understandably especially around Christmas. BUT the missing Belgian Christmas beers were substituted with some nondescript German lagers, surely they should be replaced with something equivalent (other Belgian Christmas beers were still in stock on the web site)?”

“It's been a while since I last ordered from BM, so it was great to see that their range of products (Belgian Christmas Beer Mixed Case + some German beers on this occasion) was as varied and interesting as before. “beer turned up on time ....no problem. was supposed to have a free glass...... no glass. when I called to tell you about it....... you said sorry and sent me a £4.00 voucher immediatly , off of my next order. as far as I can say...a great service. Lez”

“Yourselves as a company are great, offer my favourite beer (Paulaner Wheat beer) at a great price! But you need to change from DHL as your couriers, awful service from them! They don’t offer very limited options and have delayed my delivery by 24 hours for no reason”

“DHL were used to deliver and broke 2 bottles and a glass and then didn't inform BM. Customer service when I spoke to Ben was very good replacing the beer and glass and a little extra for the inconvenience. DHL were still tardy with their delivery but it did arrive in one piece. Recommend BM.”

“These guys have the best selection of beer bar none. They must have some colossal warehouse set up. They are the Amazon of beer. Very quick delivery, shame it has to be over £50 for free. Really should have a lower minimum say £20. Beers are quite pricey, but offers make them a bit better. Still what you’re paying for here is quality and range. Nice free glass with some orders - you popped a really nice untapped glass in a spare hole in my box last time I wasn’t expecting- really appreciate that, it’s a lovely glass, actually better than the tulip I got with the order! Nice touch:) have bought with you guys 3-4 times now. Excellent overall I would say. A way of reducing delivery costs, or possibly offering a beer bank savings scheme like virgin wines do (save a bit each month to draw on with “beer-interest😂). Would be how I would improve. I’m a member of the virgin beer club for this reason but it doesn’t have anywhere near the range you guys have, I’d prefer to ditch them and go to you, but don’t have the ability to choose/modify the subscription box beers. Anyway you can’t have everything and you guys do a great job overall, I hope you find my ideas useful”
