“These guys have the best selection of beer bar none. They must have some colossal warehouse set up. They are the Amazon of beer. Very quick delivery, shame it has to be over £50 for free. Really should have a lower minimum say £20. Beers are quite pricey, but offers make them a bit better. Still what you’re paying for here is quality and range. Nice free glass with some orders - you popped a really nice untapped glass in a spare hole in my box last time I wasn’t expecting- really appreciate that, it’s a lovely glass, actually better than the tulip I got with the order! Nice touch:) have bought with you guys 3-4 times now. Excellent overall I would say. A way of reducing delivery costs, or possibly offering a beer bank savings scheme like virgin wines do (save a bit each month to draw on with “beer-interest😂). Would be how I would improve. I’m a member of the virgin beer club for this reason but it doesn’t have anywhere near the range you guys have, I’d prefer to ditch them and go to you, but don’t have the ability to choose/modify the subscription box beers. Anyway you can’t have everything and you guys do a great job overall, I hope you find my ideas useful”

“I made an order by mistake (don't ask) and emailed to ask to cancel the order. Someone replied back within half a working day to confirm it has been cancelled. So top marks from me and my experience with CS. Regards.”

“I placed an order on 17 Nov which did noy arrive. I made a complaint to you and a new order/delivery was arranged. In spite of promise of delivery by DHL on 25, 28, 29, and 30 Nov and then 1 Dec, no delivery was ever made.”

“Had a few days in Bruges earlier in the month and fell in love with Brugse Zot beer and thank goodness, Beer Merchants sell it along with the distinctive glass, bought both and with a discount, delivered thankfully by DHL too!”

“Since Brexit its the best way I've found to get the European beers I like. Prices are good and delivery has always been really quick for me with everything arriving safe and in one piece. Occasionally I get a message that something is out of stock after my order has been placed which annoys me when you have an online stock system but its a minor gripe.”
