“Had a slight problem with the Beer Merchants website ordering system with regard to the lack of a confirmatory e-mail of my order, which forced me to contact them with an enquiry. However once this was quickly sorted out the order was confirmed and the package arrived the next day without further problems. Hence, thanks to the efficient way they dealt with my problem and the speed of delivery, I would definitely use them again.”

“Very nice selection in the store. However, I had some trouble with my order, as the payment process broke down twice with only the third attempt successfully went through. In the end, my credit card was charged three times, but upon sending a message to customer support, the refund was immediately initiated. Unfortunately, one of the bottles in the parcel broke, due to too big box size with no filler materials present. The bottles simply slipped out of their compartments. Lucky enough, only one of them broke.”

“ships same day as order placed, delivery to Europe usually within a week. Fantastic selection (even though some of my favs are N/A). Please Please Please try to get some Trillium/Tired Hands.. then you have customer for life!!!! Keep up the great work. Kudos to Jonny and Brad for their channel and the work they do with you”

“It took a week from store to door (in Sweden) so that's quite ok! Unfortunately one of the bottles had leaked so I had to drink it right away.”
