“Perfect. My first time purchasing from Beer Merchants, was directed to them from the Beavertown shop. Well laid out website, easy to navigate and to use. My items were delivered within 2-3 days and were very well packaged. Very reasonable P@P too. Would certainly recommend and will most definitely be back.”

“Free delivery on large orders is a must anything over £90 should be free delivery unless it's to Scotland then charge them double...!”

“The web site lets you put in special delivery instructions, which they print clearly on the box. However, Parcelforce ignore these unless they are informed of them at the time the delivery is booked. This is a failing of ParcelFarce, not BeerMerchants, but it's worth keeping in mind as I then had to drive to a post office to collect my delivery after they put a card through the door saying they couldn't deliver because I was out.”

“Excellent service. Beer dispatched promptly and was well packaged. I was kept informed of the processing of the order and delivery. After order, I was informed a beer was not in stock and a refund or substitute was offered immediately. All beers and a glass received in good condition and with plenty of best before date on the bottles.”
