“Lovely service and very happy to have found Paulaner, for which I had asked so much in the UK. Would just recommend the tracking for some improvements since in the dispatching info, however all arrived on time. Definitely would recommend.”

“Website was very easy to use. Placed my order and it was delivered to my house (500miles away from Beer Merchants) 5 days later. “Easy to order the beers online, arrived 7 days after placing the order. Only disappointment was quite a number of beers were out of stock but don’t let that stop you from trying some excellent tasting beer!”

“Despite lockdown, my order arrived earlier than promised. All beers were as ordered and the mixed cases contained a good and varied selection and I really enjoyed some Lambic sours. I’ve already put in another order of a mixed case of sours and looking forward to getting that shortly. Might not be able to get to the pub for a while - so this is keeping me going. Thanks.”

“Very good fast service under the present circumstances. Just a shame that parcel force had it sitting in their Deeside depot all weekend and it missed the birthday it was bought for. Would use you again though”
