“The service from Beer Merchants was excellent, especially given the current circumstances, and the value was very good too. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make it clear what the case size for each beer is. I bought 30 cans, which came as a 24 case + a lot of excess packaging for the extra 6. It may encourage people to buy in multiples of case size and reduce additional packaging if this was shown”

“I bought the German beer box as a gift for my husband, as we couldn’t get away to Germany this year for our wedding anniversary. He absolutely loved the choice of beers, especially the dark beer. To top it off we got a free pint glass which was nice too! Definitely buying from these guys again. Cheers!”

“Middle of the road, shame they use Parcelforce as their courier as they’re not the best, they paid for 24 hour shipping (as I spent over £50), went out on Thursday before good Friday, spent 4 days in a delivery depot before being delivered, so can only imagine they overpay on postage regularly. 1 bottle missing from the order no replacement or explanation either. But in these strange times it is what it is. May use again in the future.”
