“Good service. The improvement I would like to see is this. If I had been informed that you were out of some of the beers I ordered, I could have chosen something else. However, I will be making a fresh order sometime anyway.”

“First time I have used Beer Merchants; very impressed. Both the German and Belgian beer selections have beers in them that I haven't tried before - real surprise and interesting.
