“I am a bit of a merch nerd when it comes to all things beer related, I was pleasantly surprised by the merch gems on site, especially some of the hats! i recently ordered the brugse zot jester hat and 3 fontaine sweat. They came super quick and lovingly packaged! Will defo be using again, such a great selection of beers on offer too. got my eye on a few fridge packs next.......”

“I have never used Beermerchants.com before, but i was pleasantly surprised by the incredible selection of beers they had on offer and stuff i had never seen before! shipping was excellent, customer service was on point, great presents, and one very happy son and husband! i will be back!”

“I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Olivia for help to resolve a missing delivery. When my order did not turn up, I got incontact with Beer Merchants. Olivia took control of the tracking down of my parcel and when it became apparent it had gone awol, a new delivery was arranged which was with me next day. I wanted to say a big thank you to Olivia for friendly and professional way my issue was dealt with. Brilliant service and I will certainly be ordering again!! Thanks again for superb customer service!!”

“Very good selection of beers. I did have a problem with DHL losing the package, but a call to Beer Merchants had the problem solved very quickly, replacement came the next day. Excellent customer service!”

“My biggest order to date with Beer Merchants nearly £300. Alas DHL managed to lose one out of the four boxes. Spoke to the charming Olivia and the missing box appeared the next day. “Excellent Company ! Always have a great selection of beers including many hard to find examples. They have always processed my order promptly. There was a recent issue with DHL couriers. Thankfully, Olivia was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was sorted out quickly. There are a large number of on-line beer merchants these days but I would always recommend Beer Merchants.”

“We highly recommend Beer Merchants. They have great products and have always been reliable and short delivery times. On our last order we had a slight confusion with incorrect beers in the package. No hesitation from their customer service. Replacements sent very rapidly. Just needed to send photo evidence. A mark of an excellent company that values their customers.”
