I've had two deliveries from Beer Merchants now. The first was faultless. There were some difficulties with the second delivery via DHL, but this was no fault of Beer Merchants. Nathan in the support team showed excellent customer service and helped ever step of the way. Great selection of beers, of course, and I look forward to tucking in!

Further to a review I posted on the 12th of April which outlined my disappointment with Beer Merchants but I have decided to revise my score from 1 to 5 stars because the company has totally redeemed themselves and their reputation in my eyes. I received a phone call from a gentleman called Benjamin who apologised for the delay with my order and immediately organised another order and I received the order within 2 days with some complimentary items enclosed. My husband was able to enjoy some extra beers and celebrate his birthday again in the garden with some friends the following weekend so it all worked out in the end. I feel everyone should be allowed to make at least one mistake but it is how it is rectified is the important thing so I certainly believe Benjamin and Beer Merchants turned a negative review into a positive. Well Done

They have an awesome selection of beers. Deliveries are usually shipped pretty quick! I am always buying beer for gifts for my team and they love it! Also they very recently were so kind and resent a delivery that was not received, even though it wasn't Beer Merchants fault! Thank you :)

After my first purchase I have been extremely impressed with Beermerchants! I placed my order at 4pm on Thursday (with free delivery) and arrived by midday on Friday. You cant get much better service than this, will be reordering soon! Thanks!

Disappointed first and last ordering from this company. Not living up to their own hype online. Placed order on the 6th April, no order received by today the 12th. I've had no response to my email and when I rang the telephone number a voicemail message told me to ring back later. Also, unable to track the order from their site. This was a birthday present for my husband but unfortunately that was on the 10th April much too late now.

Beer merchants used to be a great company however if something goes wrong they lack compassion and they don't fix the issue. They really need to sort out their customer service. I've had two issues with them very recently which made me leave their premium subscriptions service. The main issue I've had was that I've received my premium subscription service and my order clearly was tampered with....someone had opened the box and it was delivered to my doorstep clearly damaged with the cans all dented. The delivery driver was none the wiser and said that is how he had received the package. I reached out to beer merchants thinking they would look into this or further somekind of action and all I got was a one sentence apology and a statement saying that it wasn't them... I couldn't help but feel cheated in some way shape of form as I was a customer with them for a year and this is the response I get.

I ordered Paulaner mini beer kegs for the 2nd time. There was a problem with the delivery which once pointed out was sorted immediately - no messing around. I will definitely continue to use Beer Merchants and would highly recommend them for quality of service , price and delivery. Thank you.

Very poor customer service experience. They gave me the run around over the course of several days (probably hoping that I would give up), and finally admitted in the end what the issue was but that they wouldn't be sorting it for me. Otherwise a decent selection of beers, but they made it clear they don't value my business.

Amazing customer service, and tasty beers! What more could you ask for? Really appreciated the help in tracking down my shipment (which was a gift!). I didn't realize there was bad weather down in England (I'm in Northern Ireland) which held up my delivery by about a day, and the team was super speedy in responding to my emails in locating the package! Loved how they checked to make sure I received it in time before the weekend. :)

I think People are all to quick to complain , for a change I would like to praise !! Beer Merchant are great , good selection , fair prices and great delivery . I had one small problem with a delivery and the they sorted it out straight away with one message . so hats off to Beer Merchants

Web site is almost non-functional for mobile use. Cannot use navigation to country pages, always goes to Belgium....

Placed an order on Oct 26, 2020, it shipped on Nov 16 to Denmark, and I still haven't seen it. The order was for an event on Nov 28-29. I've emailed costumer service numerous times without any actual response other than "we'll look into it..." or similar. I've told them I want to cancel the order, but still haven't seen a refund. Use this service with caution!

Very poor customer service and not interested in your issues. Took up there Delirium offer prior to Xmas 9 bottles + a free glass. Beers arrived late but no glass. They said it must have been overlooked when packing but refused to send the glass out separately. Utter con as there was no way the glass could have fitted in the same box as the beers, the box was full. Do not use.
