“After having serious problems with parcel force delivery service, First damaging my package ! then sending me a delivery time slot they didn't keep , I was forced to contact beer merchants & put in a complaint. Ben did reply to my emails & even give me a phone call to reassure me that he has also been frustrated by parcel force & is looking to change their courier service. Many thanks to Ben for his commitment to sort this issue out & didn't want an unhappy customer , BIG THUMBS UP BEN .”

“Only done a small order as I had never used Beer Merchants before and was unsure of how trustworthy they are, however I am really glad I’ve found them! Like I mention I only done a small order, but it arrived after around 3-4 working days! Incredible service and will 100% be using them again! I don’t usually leave reviews for places I buy from but I’ve seen Beer Merchants getting a bad wrap on Trustpilot, so I feel it’s only courteous to give a 5 star review for my personal experience in using them!”
