“The severe decline in quality of the hair since I last purchased (2020 most recently but I’ve been a customer since 2014) is shocking.. I noticed the quality seemed poor upon opening it but of course due to the horrible return policy, I knew I was stuck with the piece before wearing due to opening the package (as you can not see the hair at all until you do in fact open it, nullifying the ability to return). I am shocked that the quality has decreased so significantly. One wear and the whole weft looks trashed. It looks and feels as if it’s not human hair. Very plastic-y and very crunchy. I wore the weft for about three hours sitting at a desk. I won’t be purchasing with Bellami again. Pretty big bummer.”

“It doesn’t match my hair color, I’ve reached out 3 times to try to get it fixed and the company will not respond to me. And now I am out all the money with hair that does not match. You should also have the models wear the color of hair that is in the tiny little boxes so people can make a good choice and not have to deal with this.”

“Color was not as described or depicted online. I couldn’t see the full color of the weft until it was removed from packaging . However, after removing from the package there are no returns.”

“They have so much synthetic hair in them I’m gagged. I tried straightening them and all the hairs started to burn and curl up and smell like plastic as well as getting so easily tangled I never expected this from such a reputable brand. I get that tent hair is harder to source but this is unacceptable. I also emailed the company about this problem already and never received a reply”

“I have ordered Bellamy for Years. I am VERY disappointed this time. I immediately got lice from these. The ones that weren’t opened yet, were stored in a zip loc bag, so when I went to the live clinic, they examined the ones I had never even worn that were in a zip loc. sure enough!!! I would love at the least another set, that are thoroughly inspected and up to the quality that I expect from Bellami after spending thousands an over the years! Wasted $300.00 and didn’t receive the correct color this time. VERY dissatisfied”

“See the hair this time came out very thin and dry. I didn’t like it at all. Usually the products from here or the best. That’s where I always choose to go here but the one that I got was horrible.”
