Benson4beds Didcot, absolute shower. Promised everything took the money, we waited for delivery, nothing. Finally the base turned up with no mattress. Didcot refer you to customer services no answer on the phones. Still waiting for the mattress. Never using them again. See how long they last, they closed down a few years ago now we know why.

Terrible service first delivery never happened and second delivery was for pm delivery and came 10am we were still in bed no paperwork with delivery do not know whether the mattress is the same as the one we ordered and we spent over £1400 customer service was no better tried many times left on hold for over 2 hours then cut off days later we even sent a letter guess what we never did get a reply when we did eventually get through to customer services we were offered £100 in vouchers guess what we never heard nothing had to get back to customer services to get a voucher number we were given a voucher number but no confirmation email it will be interesting when we come to spend it

I ordered my mattress in July. Due to be delivered on August the 15th for them to not show up. They rearrange delivery got today 25th of August for them to cancel it on the day as they "haven't put it on the van"!! Absolutely livid! Nearly 10days without a mattress!!

An all round terrible experience that has left us all stressed, upset, let down and feeling lied to. We will never endorse this company again & would tell everyone never to shop here. The store branch are friendly but their comunication with their despatch centers is dreadful...we've sent an email & are waiting for a respomce they are looking into it is all you get. They fail to keep dates, dont know what eachother are doing, blame eachother for gheir failings, ee have been lied to and lied about as apparently when an order faiked to arrive the driver reported we had cancelled it which was false, he didnt even turn up. A paid for bed and matresses for an elderly sick relative is now over a week late, didnt arrive on the set date and no one can tell us evwn now when it will or what went wrong! Just shocking, we are going to ask for our money back and speak to the Ombusman about all of the poor service we have had.

Broken bed delivered flat packed 5 weeks ago. I've been told on 3 occasions that replacement parts are on the way but nothing received as yet. I wish I'd had read the reviews before I ordered. I've asked for a refund, I'm doubtful that I'll get it.

Ordered a bed. Didn't arrive on the day - I received a txt to say I had changed the delivery date to 3 weeks further away (which I had not). 1 hour on the phone. They said this was a mistake but they never delivered because they encountered a low bridge. I advised there are no low bridges anywhere near me and they said it could be anywhere in the country they were driving from to get to me. I asked why they never just avoided that road - no answer to that. Full official complaint put in via Resolver - so far no response after 13 days. I was advised I'd receive a call. Never happened. Several days later I called again - 50 minute wait - had to explain the situation again - more apologies and a promise of a call the following Monday to see when they could deliver. Again, no call came. No response from the complaint. I've been texted again to say the bed will come on a day I will not be home and to call if not convenient. I refuse to spend any more time or money calling them. More added to my official complaint form. Still no response at all. Absolutely appalling.

Oh they are most irritating and scumbags even seen. I was supposed to get delivery on 11 Aug at 12 p.m which got shifted to 4 p.m which then was scheduled at 8 and finally at 9:30 got a call that delivery man forgot to pick up my bed. Today is 19 Aug and still awaiting for my bed. 0808 144 6160 call on this number and wait for 2 hrs and call will be disconnected. filthy service

Took time off work to be at home for delivery today following a text yesterday to confirm all was ok and will be out between 7am-1pm today. A text this morning to say its going to go out later due to operation issues, then another text a few hours later saying due to said operational issues it wont be delivered today. Now to spend ages on the phone to customer services. I saw the bad reviews but thought for just a simple mattress I wouldn't get entwined with the bad service, oh how I was wrong. Currently position 58!!

Tom & Jerry outfit at best, first they don’t deliver the whole order then arrange another date nearly a month later, then delivery men turn up 7.30 am without the item, couldn’t make it up, clowns.

This company's service is back in the dark ages. Appalling! I bought a bed online and it has taken 5 weeks of wrangling, emails, sms messages and telephone calls before bed finally delivered today. I can't go into all the details because it would need 10, 000 words. Needless to say the bed was just delivered and left, not even unpacked. They need to be dragged into the 21st century or be closed down . Useless useless, useless!!!!!

If our experience is usual, do not buy from this company. We were promised a replacement of a mattress that cost over £900 and sagged badly after a couple of months. As of yes 9 months later we have not had the replacement. We have had many promised delivery dates, only for yet another phone call to say it's not on the can. We have given up almost and are making a claim via our bank. We would prefer to buy elsewhere anyway as the goods may be of the same quality.

We bought this king size Mattress delivered one week ago. Cost just on £700. After only 5 days started to dip in 2 places were we sleep. Contacted Bromborough shop and told to ring CS. I have tried every day this week and after being on hold for over 30 minutes and told 25/35/71 etc in the queue, I put the phone down. I have emailed them and told they will respond in about 10 days. Can’t even get through to Bromborough store, phone no5 answering. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE WE PURCHASED THIS MATTRESS. Goodness knows what it will be like after a few m9nths neve4 m8 d days. Appalling company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ve not received my parts for wardrobe and it’s been over 1 year ! Customer service is the worst ever ! Useless company ! I was promised compensation and all they’re offering to give is vouchers !i Don’t ever want anything from this company even if it’s free ! Don’t ever buy from here ! Honestly nasty company

I have not even got my bed yet and I am absolutely appalled by their incompetence. Not only is the date keep being pushed back to receive the goods - but their customer care is somewhat frustrating and at best obsolete. A delivery is supposed to be happening tomorrow but there has been no communication as set out in the email stating that they will provide an AM or PM delivery slot. I have tried to contact them 6 times today with each call lasting upwards of 30 minutes on hold. Then on 3x occasions just turned off. Benson Beds holds absolutely no commitment or professionalism to their customers...

This company is not to be trusted. My bed after delayed delivery came with only half a base. They have not resolved this despite numerous attempts. Now I have researched further I can see this is happening to hundreds of customers.

You have not delivered my bed on two occasions. I've been on a matress for over 12 weeks now I've had to miss three days of work unpaid. As i had to come out of work on one occasion because the company tried to deliver two separate parts on two separate days to then tell me it was actually all coming together. And then on the next occasion it was supposed to come it never turned up . I never got a call to be informed it wasn't coming I had to ring them to find out. I've now cancelled my order as I'm sick of waiting in cues to find our my delivery had been pushed Back again another 4 weeks plus as they keep loosing boxes. I went into the shop where I purchased it in the end to cancel the order. They said I'd get a check for it and they'd ring me to let me kno it was sorted that was yesterday still not got a call . If i dont get my check by next week im going to citizens advice to get thus resolved. Absolute joke I will be taking my business elsewhere

DO NOT BUY FROM BENSONS FOR BEDS! Our order was delayed for over 7 months, and was only resolved by arbitration of the furniture ombudsman. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. They committed fraud against me, and they breached data protection regulations several times. Only given 125pounds compensation, despite extensive and systematic failings. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered in May - delivery 10 June. Didn’t turn up chased with CS - 99th in queue. Emailed rescheduled for 28 June didn’t turn up. Emailed CS - took a month to reply. Rescheduled for 3 August - not turning up Again. Appalling service - if a bad company can’t deliver beds how long before it’s back in administration? Avoid
