“Initally ordered on the 16th January. Didn't get a shipping notification until the 23rd. That order then sat in a warehouse in Germany for 2 weeks, made its way to the UK for less than 1 day and was returned to Germany, whereupon UPS claimed to have lost it. Benuta agreed to a refund and added a 20% voucher for a replacement order. That order (11th Feb) was then dispatched without the required non-EU documentation, so was again stuck in the German warehouse for a week waiting for that, which was only suppplied after I chased Benuta for it. If you're hoping for a stress-free speedy delivery, look elsewhere.”

“I ordered 2 rugs 0n 11/01/25 & had to contact Benuta about a delivery date, only to be told that the rugs I had ordered were out of stock! Neeles to say I am still waiting to be contacted about the promised refund! Not good business pratice at all. Sharon Wild”
