“Packaging, delivery, communication all fantastic. The product itself is great however I feel a little more care could have been taken when framing the picture as there were lots of 'bits' on the inside of the frame (maybe card dust/flakes of paper or wood) under the glass.”

Hi Emma-Louise, We're sorry to hear that one of your artworks arrived with debris behind the glass. This might have been because of some undue movement during delivery. If you feel able to, we would recommend removing the back of the artwork to clean the debris away. “We bought 2 cushions for a hallway bench and they are perfect. Good size. Very well made to a high standard and nice and plump. Would definitely recommend.”

“Loved the product and can't say enough about the excellent service. I contacted B&J to ask if they could get a personalised picture to me a day earlier than stated - they responded quickly - and better still they got the picture to me with 3 days to spare. Phew!! Can highly recommend - and will definitely be back for more.. :-)”

“Loved the recent picture I purchased and superb customer service. It exceeded my expectations on both counts. There should be a 6 star "excellent" rating as "very good" doesn't do Bertie and Jack justice. I shall be purchasing future gifts here. Thank you.”

“Gorgeous Puppy picture. Puppy silhouette mirrors my Dog hence I had to buy a second pièce . I love the packaging, it mâkes the whole purchase seem so special!”

“I wish I could give it 6 stars because it's perfect! Absolutely gorgeous picture, looks even better than on the website and it arrived within a week, I was expecting 3!
