“Brilliant customer service. I asked for help in choosing a pattern and asked for some of the picture to be a different print. The response was quick and very helpful and I now have an xl flock print in my home!”

“We first were introduced to Bertie and Jack whilst Chritmas shopping in Bath. At the time my daughter was 35 weeks pregnant. Our little grandson decided he liked Bath and joined us early. On the wall in the maternity unit was a Bertie and Jack picture which I have just bought for my daughters birthday. The picture is lovely and will always be a very special memory for us.”

“Absolutely delighted with the picture - it is for a present for the end of Feb so the recipient has not seen it yet but I am sure he will love it! Excellent service & swift delivery. I will be buying another pic for a friends wedding later in the year. Highly recommended!”

“The Bertie and Jack product was great and came really quickly, in perfect condition. It was a shame that my emails querying an element of the creation both went unanswered - even just a very short reply would have been nice. But the product was great nonetheless. Thanks!”

“The artworks I ordered looked amazing! There was a slight problem with the personal message writing, but when I informed the Bertie & Jack team, they resolved the issue quickly and professionally. I will definitely be ordering more artworks as they are unique and beautiful!”

“I was bowled over with the excellent customer service, Ellen organised my artwork to be with me well in time for my husband's birthday surprise with so very little notice.
