“I ordered 2 grab bags. I wasn't as happy with this order as my previous orders. I received my items, and 2 of them were so large on me, (I can't imagine they could actually be my size). They look terrible. I will be immediately donating them. I feel it was an unfortunate waste of money. The other 2 items fit, but I wasn't super excited about ... one was a green scarf, and the other was a multi-color longer sweater/shawl cover up. I know grab bags can be a risk, but I have usually loved my items. This time I bought 2, and it REALLY back fired.”

We are truly sorry to see that you were disappointed in your grab bag purchases. We're guessing that you received some of our oversized items, which are on trend at the moment. Of course, we think all the items we send out in the grab bags are cute, but not everyone will agree, and that's OK. We wish you would have loved your items as much as we do and hope that you will continue to purchase from us in the future.

“I ordered a surprise bag but never received it. I got emailed stating it was being delivered but nothing ever showed up at my house. I emailed customer service but was just told to check with my neighbors and mailman which I already did and no one has seen it. Disappointed!”
