“The sweater I received in the grab bag either had a seam issue or it happened when I wore it. Just wore it Monday for the first time. Disappointed.”

“So far I have not been happy with the clothing. I sent back two shirts, did not like quality and my grab bag included a pair of pants that looked like a bumble bee!!”

Sandy, We are so sorry to hear that you didn't like the two shirts you purchased and that you were disappointed in your grab bag. We looked at your first order and these two tops (which are the same shirt, just a different color) are one of our very best selling shirts. We're glad you took advantage of our return policy and hope you find something else that you will like better. As for the grab bag, we do have different items in our warehouse that we put into these bags, so you may/may not like all the pieces. Perhaps you could donate what you didn't like. Again, we apologize that your purchases didn't live up to your expectations, but we do hope you find something you like with your credit. “My BBB experience was Excellent!!!! I LOVE BBB styles of clothing!!!! Staff is WONDERFUL! I wanted a beautiful sweater for my cruise, the only size BBB had because of the time of month it was a small! Staff text and said send me your measurements please, I did!!! Text me back and said the small will fit! I said to myself I haven't purchased a small since I was a teenager!!!!! So I purchase the small, Guess what! It fit WONDERFUL!!!! After washing it, it stills fits!!!! So thanks everyone at BBB!!!! Oh, my romper fits also!!!!”

“I have loved my purchases very good quality clothing. I sent one shirt back and although Betsy boo doesn’t refund your money I received in store credit very quickly. I always get so many compliments when dressed in these clothes. I will continue to purchase from them!”

“Just received my first BBBpurchase. I ordered Set 667, Mustard Striped Button Top. The material is very soft and love the earrings. I normally wear a medium, but could have worn a small. I will keep it though, and will order again soon. Can’t beat the prices!”

“Just made my first purchase of four BBB sets which I’m taking on vacation with me this week, I love that I don’t have to coordinate earrings and undershirt; everything is provided in the purchase and all the sweaters are great quality. This is bound to be my new favorite place to shop! Also you can’t beat a flat $8 shipping rate for two day shipping. I love this online shop!”
