“Betsy Boo Boutique is my new favorite place to shop.. I’ve only returned a item twice but no problem getting it exchanged for something different. My only complaint is not sure how to use my 10% coupons when I order again . I’ve lost 2 because it won’t let me use them.. otherwise I love this boutique..🤗”

“I liked the clothes and the fit. I DID NOT like that it took a month to get my order (because one of the pieces out of the 3 sets I ordered was out of stock, it delayed the entire order). It seems that someone would have contacted me when the order did not ship on time, but they did not. I had to contact them. Two weeks later when the order still had not shipped, I had to contact them again. Finally, the order did ship and arrived fairly quickly. Nice products, but you need to step up your customer service and let customers know when shipments don’t go out in time.”

“I ordered a top from Betsy Boo's, but ordered the wrong size, so I returned it and requested another size. I received my item in just a couple of days! This was the fastest exchange I have ever had with any clothing company! I have the right size now and am pleased with material and comfort of the top! Thanks Betsy Boo's!”

“Love the texture and quality of the two tops I purchased. Unfortunately the tank didn’t match the shirt it was to go with. The reds were different - one an orange red and the other a blue red. Didn’t match.”
