“Your items are shipped as stated in the description. They usually give you an email when your items do ship. I love the styles that are put together. The clothes are really cute and make me feel put together when I wear an outfit. I would highly recommend this to any of my friends.”

“I bought 2 shirts before from their boutique that I liked and fit well so when they did the grab bags I ordered 5 of them which was a huge mistake. The clothes that they sent me were very unflattering and way to big. You could tell it was the clothes that nobody wanted. Out of the 15 items I got I maybe can wear three of them. I also got two of the same shirt when they said that wouldn't happen if you ordered more than one. None of the clothes that I got where the cute clothes from their website. I was very disappointed because I normally never buy things for myself, lesson learned.”

We are truly sorry to see that you were disappointed in your grab bag purchases. Of course, we think all the items we send out in the grab bags are cute, but not everyone will agree, and that's OK. All the items that we put in the grab bags are at our boutique and most people love what they get from BBB at such a deep discount. We are also sorry that we shipped you two of the same shirt. It looks like you placed 2 different orders for the grab bags, one order for 2 grab bags and one order for 3 grab bags. Since we have several people picking the clothes and shipping them, we bet they both picked the same shirts. We'd be happy to send you a new item to replace one of them. Please contact customerservice@betsyboos.com for a replacement. We do hope you'll give us another try.

“The clothes sent were not the greatest. The worst thing since it was a grab bag, they cannot be returned. Not my preference of choices that were sent.”

Sorry to hear you were disappointed in your grab bag purchase. Grab bags are meant to be a variety of items, so we aren't sure what you were expecting. All the items that we put in the grab bags are at our boutique and most people love that they can get 3 BBB items for a deep discount. We do hope you give us another chance!

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed in your grab bag. We aren't sure what you were expecting, but we get a lot of compliments on our grab bag items. Everything in the grab bags are from our boutique and most people love that they can get 3 BBB items for a deep discount. With some of our shirts we suggest wearing a nylon tank under them for additional coverage if you aren't comfortable with the material.

“I love the outfits - too cute and fashionable. The dress I bought was bigger than expected and much longer - wish some of the maxi dresses were sold in petite length. Overall, good experience, shipping was acceptable and the merchandise arrived well wrapped with all items folded and wrapped in tissue. I will shop again.”
