“I love my clothes from Betsy Boo’s. Their size descriptions are accurate and helpful. I love the discounts, rewards and free shipping! Usually every time I wear something from Betsy Boo’s, I get a compliment on how cute it is. And this boutique is from Iowa....not China!!!”

“I love your BBB Set Box, but the new returns program is turning me away from continuing my subscription. In the past, you only paid for what you kept, but the new subscription you pay for upfront for all items, which isn't a problem, but you don't receive a refund for the returned items only online store credit that expires.”

Hi Michelle, Thanks for reaching out. The BBB Set Club return policy does allow for refunds if you indicate on the return form that you would like a refund instead of store credit. You can read our FAQs on the BBB Set Club here: https://www.betsyboosboutique.com/pages/bbb-set-club-faq. Also, our store credit does not expire. The gift card defaults to expire one year from when we issue it, but we will honor it past that one year. Most people usually use it before that year is up. “I got a grab bag bc of the reviews. I was very disappointed in what was sent to me as it is all very dated and not anything I would ever wear. And not returnable. I was aware of the no returns policy so it is what it is. But makes me weary of ordering anything more in the future.”

We are truly sorry to see that you were disappointed in your grab bag purchases. Of course, we think all the items we send out in the grab bags are cute, but not everyone will agree, and that's OK. All the items that we put in the grab bags are at our boutique and most people love what they get from BBB at such a deep discount. Maybe you can find a friend that would like your items or donate them as another option.
