“All the clothes I ordered looked adorable in the pictures but the clothes are thin and cheap material. Not one item fit well at all. Everything was see through or tight or unflattering. I was sent the completely wrong size shoe by 3 sizes too small. I returned everything. And there’s no refunds and shipping back is not convenient at all. I’m going back to stitch fix for sure.”

It looks like you purchased two of our more popular BBB Sets, a pair of jeans and our Sondra booties in a size 5.5. For the shoes, the smallest size we offer is a size 5.5, so we aren't sure why you think we sent you 3 sizes too small. Both of these sets contain some of our best-selling items and others love the quality of the shirts. We are also sorry that you somehow missed our return policy. We are very upfront about our policy, as it is found on every page on our website, including the product pages. We are confident that you'll find something else you love with your store credit. “I like the top but the scarf looks like a table cloth and it's not the color I ordered. The scarf that was supposed to come with it was a mustard color. Even so, I still like the top.”

“My order came in a very timely fashion and i feel like the quality of the clothing is pretty good. But i was a little disappointed because my shirt was too large and i couldnt exchange it because it was out of stock. I could have however returned it for store credit.”

“I’ve bought many items from BBB and this shirt shrunk a lot washing and drying it the 1st round. I’ve never ran into this issue until now. Def a bummer as I’m 5’11” and now it’s short and have to wear a tank underneath vs the bra top that came with it.”

“Betsy Boo is my FAVORITE online boutique. I look forward to the BB set emails that I receive through out the week and find myself considering a lot of very cute items - I wish I could order them all. Everything I have purchased has been absolutely amazing - size wise and quality wise I have never had any issues. I had one item with a small defect and when I contacted Betsy Boo, they immediately sent me a return label and a replacement shirt. I couldn't be happier with the quality, the customer service or the selection. Keep it up!”
