“I am very disappointed I order 475 dollars in merchandise and never received it. But my credit card was charged. I have sent emails and no responses from them. I order from them before and had no problems but not that large of a order.”

This order that was placed on Oct. 28, contained pre-order items and therefore there is a 1-2 week ship time frame, being that it is a pre-order. We are sorry if you missed that information when you placed your order. Good news is your order shipped last week and is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. You can also check this by logging into your BBB online account. “I love the BB sets, but none come in XXL. {Missed revenue from many ladies who may agree.} The items I have purchased (separates in XXL) I give 5 stars !!! They are beautiful and unique in style. They are very comfortable and fit perfectly. I receive many compliments and questions on where they were purchased. The customer service personnel is fantastic; appreciate the ability to chat on line and receive prompt responses. Please give us “plus” sized girls a chance to own some of the BB sets cause we love your outfits !!!”

“Love the BBB Sets! Wish more of them were in the plus sizes. Ex: shirt dresses only go to Large. I would love to purchase these if they were in larger sizes.”

We're sorry to hear that you didn't like the quality of the items you purchased. We clearly state in the product description if the item is imported. Most of our items do come from the USA, but it turns out the pieces you ordered were from China (imported). You must have missed the return policy link that we have on each page of our website as well as the printed copy that came with your order. You'll find that our return policy is very good compared to other boutique shops. If you would like to return your items, you may do so within 30 calendar days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse and we'd be happy to give you store credit to find something made in the USA, if that is your preference.

“I am very happy with my purchase. It looks better in person than on the website. I love the hot pink tee that was part if the set. It's nice and tight so that it is not bulky under the shirt.”

“BBB has excellent customer service! When I received a article of clothing with a defect, they immediately shipped me a new piece and I had it within 48 hours of notifying them. The clothes are always high quality, and offered at an excellent price. I am addicted to this store!”

“I liked the delivery service of the merchandise, but I am not too happy about not getting a refund and that its store credit. I believe people should have the right to get their money back guarantee full refunded. I will not being buying any more of your merchandise as you don't give back refunds. The quality of your clothing's items and shows are not what I expected for the prize. I also your policy have a 10 days returned. This didn't work for me due to being in the hospital for 5 days and bed rest at home. Plus we have to pay $8.00 to returned the merchandise, which it should be free since the company don't give refunds. In top of that you take it from our store credit. Hope this review help your way of the policy so both parties are satisfy and will continue purchasing from your store. Sincerely, Carmen”

You'll find that our return policy is very fair compared to other boutique shops. If you would like to return your items, you may do so within 30 calendar days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse. “Very easy to order online, from Facebook! Remembers your purchasing info so you don’t have to look up a separate login! I have ordered 5 times and each time the items arrived super quick. The quality of the clothes is excellent. They fit perfectly and are very trendy yet super comfortable. I wear size 3x and the cut and fabric choices for the tops that I have ordered are very youthful. I’m curvy and busty it can be difficult to find tops. Most of them are too matronly. But all five that I have ordered have been perfect!”
