“Items I got were terrible. I would never wear those clothes sent in. This was a bad idea and I want my money back. I will never recommend to people I know about this site. So not worth it. Very disappointed.”

Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your $35 BBB Grab Bag. Unfortunately, the grab bags are sale final- as stated on the website. Plus, we see that you used your 10% welcome discount. Wow you got a great deal for $31! If the grab bag was not "your style" maybe you can find someone that would like them.

“I have purchased 2 items now from BBB and absolutely love them both. One was a cardigan and the other was a jumper. Both were true to size and fit like they were made for me!! The quality and the price is astounding...for these reasons I 100% recommend purchasing from BBB and look forward to more purchases in the future!!”

“Both shirts and cardigans are adorable. Have not gotten to wear them yet but excited to. I love the BB sets as I am not good with fashion. Only other thing I would love to see is more normal sandals. Can’t wear big platform or high healed shoes.”

“I absolutely love Betsy Boo's! I look forward to seeing their new arrivals which is often! I love there is no cost for shipping, even on items I need to return. And when I did need to return an item due to size, no hassle at all! I have purchased probably 10-15 tops the past six or seven months and all items are so unique!! I'm addicted. They offer discounts often which is great! I usually receive orders in just a couple of days. Very responsive when emailing customer service too. What a great online boutique!!”

“I have only made a couple of purchases so I don't have much to go on. I know that the first purchase was a hooded, zip up sweatshirt that I wanted to return, and shipping to return was more than the sweater, so I just gave it away. It was not comfortable. Itchy, scratchy, rough material. The T-Shirt I just ordered is good. It's uneven, the left side seam wraps around the front and looks weird, I won't be able to wear it without a cardigan/wrap. It was wrinkled right out of the dryer, and it does not iron well. It is a cute tshirt, but now it's a $28 night shirt. It's not something to be worn by someone that doesn't iron themselves throughout the entire day. Lol. I don't totally know if I'll order clothes again. Maybe try shoes or something. It's online shopping, always comes with risks :)”
