“I ordered a large grab bag. This is the size I normally wear but the shirt was so big, 2 people could fit in it. The 2nd item was a sleeveless shirt that looked like something an 80yr old grandma would wear. The next item was a huge knit scarf. I live in Alabama, not much chance to use it and it was ugly. I know with a grab bag, you are taking a chance but I thought I might be able to use 1 of the items. Oh well. Never again.”

Hi Mary, Sorry to hear you were disappointed in your grab bag purchase. Grab bags are meant to be a variety of items and not based on specific requests, locations or knowing what recipient will like, so we aren't sure what you were expecting. All the items that we put in the grab bags are at our boutique and most people love that they can get 3 BBB items for a deep discount. It sounds like grab bags may not be for you, so we hope you give us another chance by picking out your own favorite items from us in the future.

“I’m seeing several “negative” reviews recently, and would like to extend a different perspective. I have ordered from BBB for over two years, and have purchased close to, if not over 100 items from them. I feel the negative reviews are one off’s from negative and hard to please/unrealistic shoppers. I would not continue to make the investment in this company should their products be in question. They are a wonderful company, offer many fantastic fashion views and above all else offer an exception shipping/return policy ~ should there be an issue. Please consider the long term, experienced shoppers view of this Wonderful Company!”

“I’ve ordered grab bags before and they reflected what I see on the site. This time I ordered two grab bags and there was nothing in either of them that I will wear. The clothes were not the type of shirts, cardigans, etc. I have come to enjoy from BBB. I may still order things, but not grab bags!”

Of course, we think all the items we send out in the grab bags are cute, but not everyone will agree, and that's OK. All the items that we put in the grab bags are at our boutique and most people love what they get from BBB at such a deep discount. We do hope you give us another chance!

“Ordered 3 items (tops) from the sale rack that all arrived exactly on the day they said! They are beautiful and decent quality and fit me amazing! I will most definitely order more when I have the opportunity. (I'm a single mom so funds tend to get tight)”

“I received my products in a timely matter (about a week) however the quality of the clothing is not what I expected. These clothes are way to expensive for the quality you receive. If I return them it will cost me money and I will only receive a store credit.”

“Clothes look very cute in pics. I actually waited for a coupon code to make a purchase due to the outrageous prices. The order took around two weeks to be delivered. The items I purchased looked nothing like the pics, and were definitely not true to size. The large cardigan I purchased showed to be a bit longer in the pics. When I received it I found it to be short and fits my 105 pound 13 year old. I’m 45 and have actual breast’s. Definitely not made for anyone that isn’t built like a teenage boy. Since then, I have found several of the same tops on Amazon for pennies compared to these prices, and free returns and full refund worth Prime! No questions asked. I still have not returned my items. I will never be able to wear any of the items according to their untrue to life size guide. I may just give them all to my daughter. Very displeased and disappointed.”

Oh gosh, Stacey, we are very sorry that you were disappointed in your BBB purchase. We typically get very good reviews regarding the quality and price of our clothes. It looks like you purchased two BBB Sets, which are already discounted, along with an additional 30% off, for under $100, plus FREE shipping. Most people would think that is a great deal. We also have a free shipping policy as well as a 30-day return policy and really wish you would have taken advantage of that. As for the fit of the cardigan, this is a more fitted look and usually, these cardigans are not buttoned but rather used as a layering piece. Also, just so you know, we are a small business (less than 10 employees), not a large corporation, and offer exceptional and personal customer service along with items and outfit ideas you can't find everywhere.
