“Customer service is great but was disappointed in the quality of clothes this time. My T-shirt arrived with a hole in it which you replaced. The sweater had 3-4 pulls in it. I kept it anyway and just fixed them. The quality for the price isn’t really very good.”

“A++! I have ordered two outfits so far and absolutely LOVE them both! Perfect fit each time (and I fluctuate quite a bit depending on the brand). The Jean's have a lot of give so if you are worried about them being too tight in the rear and loose in the waist (like me), dont stress, they stretch! I just ordered my first dress so if the dresses fit like everything else I will be in love!!”

“I love the pair of shoes I ordered! I also ordered a set, and while I really like it the earrings in the set picture are different than what I received and I'm not really happy with those, they and the bralette don't match the shirt very well.”

“I usually love my orders and was very excited to receive this order. However, it just fits off. I ordered my size and the thing hangs on me like a bag and I could barely get my arms in it. Even my husband told me it looked terrible on me. I'm scared to order more shirts now.”

The shirt that you ordered is very loose-fitting, off-shoulder top with a shark bite hemline that is very popular. We haven't had any other complaints on the arms fitting tight, so wondering if you received a defective top. It looks like you are still within the 30 days to return the item for store credit.
