“I have ordered several items from this company over past year - I love their clothes and at really good prices ! The only complaint is the sizes are way too inconsistent which has required many returns . A small blouse could be really huge or a Large shorts which says fits 10/12 is more like a 4/6. I am a size 10 woman for years and know my size and I never wear a small in a top but you never know with this company . Also I am 5’3 and all the jeans are very long - I wish companies would make jeans for the average size of a Roman not supermodels . That being said delivery is very quick as well as returns! They only accept returns for store credit so beware .”

“I am a Boutique shopper, online as well as store front Boutiques. I don't mind spending money on clothing. I feel the prices are very high for the quality of items I received. I had a NYE offer for $30.00 off my order so I thought I would give you a try. My sets where 58 and 68 dollars after discount. The Buffalo plaid heart sweatshirt is cute, but certainly not for the money. The earrings I would be afraid to put in my ears I would compare to Dollar Tree earrings. The tanks well are just tanks. The leopard ots is nice but again not for the price. The concept of offering sets is a great idea but, not sure that I'll order again. Perhaps is its something unique I can't find in stores.”

Thanks for your feedback, Cindy. We are sorry to see that our products didn't live up to your expectations. We looked at your order and it looks like you only paid $96 total for 2 complete outfits (6 pieces), which we think is a pretty fair price. We are not a high-end boutique where you will pay hundreds of dollars per item, however, we do think the quality of our products is pretty good and have been told that by numerous customers. You may not agree, and that too is OK. We are glad you gave us a try and if nothing else we hope you find some outfit ideas if you decide not to purchase from us again.

“I have purchased in the past. One item ended up pulling and looking raggy after about a month, but I still loved the fit and spent quite a bit on it so I still wear it. I haven't ordered in a long time because XL and larger are not available in the super cute sets that are advertised. The plus size you do have are modelled by non plus size women, making it hard to visualize what it looks like on actual body types.”

Thanks for your feedback. It looks like your last purchase from us was in 2014 and since that time we have expanded the number of vendors we use. We want to make sure you are aware that we are an online boutique. This means we carry a limited number of each unique piece. In most cases, we carry sizes from Small to XXXL. Due to the limited quantities that we order, the larger sizes do tend to sell out quickly. You can always sign up for restock notifications, so if we happen to reorder the item, you will be notified via email. We also try to get plus sizes in most of our items but are at the mercy of our vendors and what they offer.

“I was pleased that my first order was upgraded to priority do I received it quickly. The jeans I ordered were nice quality but I was very disappointed that they were not as the description on the website. They were described as having a 27” inseam unrolled, but even rolled they jeans were way too long. They definitely were not a 27” inseam, as that’s typically the inseam I buy in short jeans. Returning the order was easy, however, and I was pleased with the customer service overall.”

Hi Faith! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We did have it incorrectly stated in our product description and have since updated it. It should have read "Approximately 29" inseam unfolded, 27" cuffed as shown." Again we apologize for the oversight and glad you were able to return them.

Ms. Kersey, We have been trying to get in touch with you for the last 3 months. Our records show that you signed up for our BBB Style Box in October and were sent your first box on October 6th. Delivered on the 10th. You had contacted customer service that you did not receive the box. We credited you the $20 styling fee and we were out our merchandise. Cost you nothing. We then sent you a second box on November 10th- also showing that it was delivered. Our records show that from there you never contacted us regarding that box and you never paid for the merchandise that you received. Therefore, we had called and emailed you without a response numerous times. We are sorry to see that you did not receive the second box either, but are wondering why you did not return our messages or reach out to us again. “I absolutely love BBB! The clothing and accessories are on trend, comfortable and priced very attractively. The few times something hasn't quite fit as I expected, I had a return label in my inbox within hours of requesting it. The only thing better than the products is the Customer Service! I found a pair of jeans I loved and emailed asking for other options from the same manufacturer. Received an answer back with a detailed response...and bought more jeans! Friendly, helpful and ultra-responsive. As an executive at an e-commerce retailer, I'm impressed. And I don't impress easily. Keep up the good work.”

“Cutomer service is awesome. I have ordered several things from here with no problems. Last item i ordered had a tear in shirt sleeve. I emailed them & sent them a picture of the tear. They immediately sent me a new shirt with no hassle.”
