“I ordered the wrong size and they promptly took care of me. They got me the return label and sent me the right size as soon as they were able to see that the return was in transit! I love the dress and am excited to wear it to an upcoming wedding!”

“This boutique has great customer service and it feels like a very personal experience. The only thing is that I probably wear an XS because the clothes are too big. It just may be the way I'm built. I dont have much curves and the clothes, which are beautiful and well made, dont fit me.”

“I am 54 and the clothing was VERY VERY short! Made for a teenager! Skimpy, short, see through! Extremely unhappy with this box. Have always enjoyed ordering! But this one was definitely not for someone my age. Most items I will never wear! Most of the items I received don’t look anything like any of the items I’ve even seen on the Betsy boo site, Judy extremely dissappointing!!! Waste of money!”

Hi Tracy. We are truly sorry to see that you were disappointed in your grab bag purchase. Of course, we think all the items we send out in the grab bags are cute, but not everyone will agree, and that's OK. All the items that we put in the grab bags are at our boutique and most people love what they get from BBB at such a deep discount. For the lighter weight or shorter items, we would suggest wearing a nylon tank underneath. We do hope that you will find a way to ROCK your BBB items and again apologize that the grab bag didn't live up to your expectations.

“I very much liked the items I received, however....unfortunately they all ran small and did not fit. As final sale items, I am stuck with them. I did realize they were final sale, but I was not expecting items to run like “juniors” sizes. Not sure this shop will work for me.”

Stacy, We are sorry to hear that the items you received didn't live up to your expectations. Since you ordered a grab bag, it is hard for us to tell you the exact fit of each item you received. Usually, our clothing tends to run loose and true to size. We carry what we call "boutique" sizing. We also carry from a lot of different vendors and sizing may differ from item to item. We hope you will give us another chance.
