“I have ordered twice now. The first time i ordered they let me know my item would ship later than expected and offered me a full refund or a giftcard if i continued to wait for the item. The second order i placed arrived very quickly! I love the sales and appreciate the extra discounts!”

“Love the good quality and unusual styles available. My only concern is - I wish there more of the new BBB sets in XXL. Such cute outfits but limited in choices for curvy ladies. . . but I continue to buy what I can because I love their clothes ❤️”

“I returned an item and recieved a gift card as the refund which had an expiration date and now that i found something I want I can't use the credit. Very disappointed”

Hi Crystel. We are sorry to see that your gift card expired. Good news is, we can reset the expiration date on our end, so you can purchase the new item that you found. The system we use automatically sets an expiration date on all gift cards for one year. Please reach out to us at customerservice@betsyboos.com and we can reset the expiration date or reissue a new card so that you are able to use your credit.

“Received my "Grab Bag" yesterday …. And OMG!! It was beyond fabulous!! BBB you "Knocked it out of the Park" once again!! For those just shopping/looking for the first time ....You just cannot beat the outfits and sets offered here. The quality is wonderful, pricing is quite fair .. and the Customer Service... I can't say enough good things! Many stores could learn a lot from this fabulous company that's for sure. Ladies at BBB … keep doin' what you do!!”

“I ordered two BBB sets. One dress had a small hole in the pocket. I emailed BBB to notify them and they immediately apologized and gave me a credit! I so appreciate their fantastic customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. My clothes and accessories are all beautiful and I am so happy with them.”
