“I have loved everything I have ordered true to size on everything. I’ve made multiple purchases from shoes jeans shirts and jewelry. Shipping is quick and purchases are nearly wrapped. I never leave reviews but wanted to pass the word that this boutique is wonderful and I would highly recommend.”

“While I was very disappointed with my first experience with BBB, the second was much better. To be clear, I never had a problem with customer service, only the products, and I was a little annoyed that refunds were not issued, but rather exchanges. I was not at all happy with any of the six products I first purchased (though I kept two items), but the exchange process was very simple, and I appreciated the extra gift card I received due to the defective pair of shoes I recieved. Today, I received my exchanges and am pleased with the items; I especially love the denim jacket, and the shoes I purchased this time are soooo comfy, and they couldn’t possibly fit any better.”

“The site is easy to use and genuine. Many of the buyers are local people or home business trying to sell their hobby or collections. This makes it easy to get bespoke, and vintage items. I also enjoy this website because it tailors to the gift market. If you need to buy any sort of bespoke and unique present this is the website you use - anything can be found on it! And when your gift arrives there is always a note from the store you bought from - maybe with a free gift thrown in too! Its all good quality and an amazing website.”

We are very sorry that you missed our return policy before you made your purchase. We are very upfront with our policy, as it is linked to every one of our web pages, including the checkout page. We do issue store credit (which most people love...they can find something else and get another BBB package in the mail) that does not expire and has no exclusions. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is actually much better than most, in that we offer free shipping both ways & give you 30 days to return. Again, we do apologize that you missed our policy before you made your purchase and hope that you find something that you LOVE with your store credit.

“The clothes are so cute! My only complaint would be that many times the descriptions are vague. I'd like to know exactly what the outer pieces are made of and if hems are roughly finished, etc.”
