“Not impressed! Ordered a top in light blue. Received an email a few days later that the color I ordered was sold out in my size. No problem, that happens. I emailed back with another color choice. I received an email back a few days later that the color I selected was sold out. I made a third choice and was told in my email that i would receive a gift certificate for my trouble and that my top would ship out next week. A week went by and still no top. I waited a few days longer and finally emailed asking about the shipping status of my top. Response was "we don't know what happened." So if I wouldn't have followed up, I never would have gotten the top. I also never received a gift certificate for "my troubles"”

“I like Betsy Boo's as an option for cute, women's clothing~ most things are affordable and well made. I do have to mention, that most of the clothing is not for slim, smaller women. I'm 5'5" and 135lbs (so not extremely tiny but regular, somewhat slender) and most of the tops are quite big. I was able to wear a size small top while I was at the end of my pregnancy. Tops are baggy, and designed to hide! Even the smallest size is probably more like a size 8/10. I've found some things that work here and there but for my build, most things aren't flattering to a slender build. I think there's a huge market for these types of clothes. For more slender, or in shape women, there's definitely a need for on trend, slimming clothes.”

“After ordering a pair of tie waist pants, I eagerly anticipated their arrival. Once they arrived I was very excited to wear them. Sadly, they did not fit. I contacted BBB on a weekend & received a response early Monday morning. Customer service at Betsy Boo's Boutique has been nothing shy of excellent. I will be given a refund & already have a shirt in mind which I'll purchase. Return shipping was very easy & as an added convenience, FREE! While I don't purchase often, I appreciate knowing I'll always be treated with the utmost respect when ordering anything at any time from BBB. I will continue making purchases in the future!
