“I will never order from you again. Your return policy is unreasonable.. If the customer can charge an item, you should be able to refund them.. The clothes run small, or at least that was my experience, and then when I had to pick something else, the sizes weren't readily available so I was limited to my choices..”

Hi Sharon! Our return policy is pretty consistent with other online boutiques and is clearly stated on our website with links in several places, including every product description. We do add new arrivals daily. Hopefully you can find a replacement item with some our Fall new arrivals. Let us know if you have any questions.

“I purchase a BBB Set in the beginning of September. Was told it will ship late September. It is now October and my order is still reflecting as unfulfilled. I've reached out for status and no one wants to respond and let me know. Terrible service and I will likely request a refund if I don't get a response and my order ASAP.”

“First time I ever ordered from Betsy Boo's. Great quality and price. The shirt is cute and fits perfectly. I ordered a XL because I wasn't sure if the clothes ran small but the XL fits really well. The shirt has held up will with washings. I have already ordered more stuff!”

“I have placed several orders with Betsy Boo's and have been pleased with each. There have been a couple of items that I had to return however the process was simple and the turn around to receive the gift card has been quick each time. The shirts tend to be made of thinner material but overall look nice and I have received several compliments on the pieces I have. I look forward to visiting the site frequently to see what new sets are available and will be ordering again soon!!”

“Love the outfits. I've ordered several. Sizes are not true to size. I am normal a size 6-8, but wear a size small in all clothing from BBB. I guess that's a good thing for me! Overall happy, just wish they would get the brown booties back in my size. Been waiting a long time.”

“I ordered for the first time and the item was too large. I was afraid to exchange for a smaller size not knowing if that would fit (and no guarantee that a smaller size would be available when exchange was made) and was disappointed that I couldn't return my item. I probably won't order again as I'm not sure what size to order for different styles and don't want to have to ship back for exchanges.”
