“The clothing is unique to what I can buy in stores. In addition, it is good quality. I had an incident where after washing an item, it became frayed. Within a day, it was replaced and a new one shipped. They offered the same item or credit toward another company. I love Betsy Boo!”

“I bought an XL shirt and even my size 2 daughter can't fit into it. I can't return it, so I feel like I wasted my money. I have bought many things in the past and the last two were sized so wrong. Very frustrated”

From our order history it looks like you ordered a size Large BBB Set (not an XL) and an XXL Shirt, so wondering if you are referring to a different order or another company. “I have ordered 3 BBB sets and let me just say..... it's a game changer!! I hate going clothes shopping and am so often disappointed when I finally see things I like only to find out that there are none in my size 😕 I am loving my new clothes!! I am updating my wardrobe thanks to BBB, and I have never looked better! Thank you”

“I love the shirts, scarves and even the earrings but the tank tops that go under the shirts are not that great. They ride up constantly and are a little tight for my liking.”

“I returned my initial purchase because it wasn’t exactly what I expected, I was given a shipping credit which I used to purchase a pair of boots. All of this was done in a couple of weeks. Love my boots!”

“Depending on which experience. I ordered the surprise special and received 2. I could have kept them both but that would not have been right. So I called to tell them they had accidentally sent me two of the same order. The lady on the phone was short and not nice. She did not even thank me for being honest. The clothes they sent in the surprise purchase were nothing I could wear. Pants that fit as super short capris and weird colors.”

We're sorry to hear about your experience. We are a little confused by your review however, since all your orders this year didn't contain any pants. We also haven't had any "surprise specials". Are you sure this order was from Betsy Boo's Boutique and not another boutique? If you could reach out to us directly we'd be happy to make it right for you, if it did come from our boutique. We just aren't finding anything on our end with this email that would indicate it came from us. Thanks!

“I have orders about five or six items so far from Betsy Boo Boutique and I am extremely happy with the quality of all the sweaters. Very warm fits just right so the sizing is pretty spot on in my opinion. So I will continue to order clothing form this site! Very satisfied”
