“I ordered a grab bag and was so excited to get it. It was my first purchase from this site... I ordered an xxl and every items I received were so much smaller. In no way was that correct sizing! I'm so mad that I wasted my money and can't even exchange it for something that will actually fit.”

Ashlie...Sorry if you missed our size chart: Small 2/4, Medium 6/8, Large 10/12, XL 14/16, XXL 18, XXXL 20. We are also very sorry if you missed that the grab bags are sales final, as they are deeply discounted items.

“The item I received did not in any way resemble the item pictured. I urge you to take a screenshot of what you order to prevent any mix-up. After several back and forth emails and customer service totally missing the point, I returned the item. Guess I will give my online credit away as I will not be usiing it. Will not purchase another item from them!”
