“I had ordered the grab bag. I was very disappointed in the quality of the shirt (thin and see through). The scarf and earrings were not what I was expecting. Overall, the grab bag seemed to be a bag of leftover stuff thrown together from whatever was leftover or no one wanted.”

Sorry to hear you were disappointed in your grab bag. Grab bags are meant to be a potpourri of things. We aren't sure what you were expecting. All the items that we put in the grab bags are at our boutique and most people love that they can get 3 BBB items for a deep discount. With some of our shirts we suggest wearing a nylon tank under them for additional coverage if you aren't comfortable with the material. We do hope you give us another chance!

“Clothes are cute but Very large. I wear a small/medium but the medium tops fit like an XL. I kept because I’m pregnant and will use as maternity wear. Willing to order again to try more fitted size after the baby is here”

“The clothes are nice. I bought three shirts/sweaters and two fit perfectly but the third was two sizes too small. I was going to send it back but you only have 10 days from the day they ship it out to get free shipping. I was out of town when it arrived so I missed it. I won't buy again. That is a little too strict for my busy life.”

We're sorry you missed the free return shipping deadline, but wanted to let you know that you do have 30 days to return your merchandise. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is actually much better than most, in that we do offer free shipping (both ways) and allow you to return merchandise for store credit up to 30 days.

“I have order multiple BBB Sets as well as a purse, shorts, and earrings,etc. Everything was perfect! Delivery did not take that long and the quality is awesome! Super Happy with Betty Boo's Boutique...Will continue to shop here! Unfortunately, I lost all of it except for the purse..didn't even get to wear the latest set I bought...Hurricane Harvey took everything!”
