“I absolutely loved my items!! I received so many compliments that I will definetely order again. Shipping was super fast and I love the fact if you send a pic wearing the items, you get $10 to use in the future. Love it!!!”

“I have loved everything I have ordered! I recently ordered the red plaid checked flannel! It does say to order up cuz it ran small so I did but the shirt still fit snug, was disappointed cuz I really like the shirt!”

“I have bought a few things from here. They have all turned out to be poorly stitched. The. Cardigans come unraveled the first time you wash. I bought a turquoise flowered shirt and the stitching came apart. I ordered another one because i really like the fit and it came apart on the first wash also. Navy cardigan the entire neck came unravelled during wash. They said they would e-mail me return slips but it never happened. Very cute things but expect poor quality.”

“I am very pleased so far w everything I've ordered. I do however wish on the sets you could order different size leggings. If I order a large top I need a medium legging. Just a thought. But so far so good w orders. Waiting on another now.”

“The shirt that I ordered was worn once and then washed and hung up to dry. It shrunk so much that I can not even get it on. Very disappointing.”

“Normally I love any and all purchases and have recommended y’all to others. But the leapord print shirt with sequence on the pocket was a bad design. The sequence caused pulls on my left sleeve of the shirt due to rubbing from the sequence to the sleeve. Other than that I loved the shirt. It’s just ruined now.”

We're sorry to hear your items didn't fit you. Betsy Boo’s Boutique offers free return shipping if the item is postmarked within 10 days of the date the order was shipped from our warehouse. You also have 30 days to return your merchandise if you choose to. We do want you to be happy with your purchase, and it looks like you can still return your items if you choose to do so. We do put in the product description how it fits. The shirt you ordered is fitted and runs small as described. It doesn't appear that you've ordered from us before, so we want to make sure you are aware of what our BBB Sets are. We put together outfits and offer some of those pieces together as a BBB Set. BBB Sets usually include 3-5 items, but we sell the individual pieces as well. We offer it that way because we have been told that not everyone needs another bag, or they may already have a similar shoe or jeans. A lot of people follow us of outfit ideas too. We are not a large chain store or department store, but a small business and therefore our prices are in-line with other boutiques.
