“Unbelievable quality, clothes are true to size, reasonable pricing and shipping is free and super fast! They have great sales, I got a dress, 2 rompers and a pair of sandals for $74!!!! I love Betsey Boo Boutique!”

“I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company!! I have well over 50 pieces in my wardrobe so I'm an 'experienced' customer. They are super quick with their service; pleasant to deal with, delivery is always spot on ... , clothes are well made and priced accordingly, 'Sets' are styled top notch ... and their return policy is amazing with free return shipping and full store credit. Other boutiques could learn a lot from this one!! Jump in ~ the BBB experience is one of the best!!”

“The clothes quality is not worth the price. VERY irritated that you only get store credit when things are returned. This is just crazy considering they are online purchases. I will not shop here again and i will deter others from making the same mistake. $300 store credit=robbery!”

We are sorry to see your review regarding the sets that you purchased. We are also curious as to why you thought the items you purchased weren't up to par. We get tons of comments on the quality of our items for the price. We are also sorry that you somehow missed our return policy before you made your purchase. We are very upfront with our policy, as it is linked to every one of our web pages, including the checkout page. We do issue store credit that does not expire and has no exclusions. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is actually much better than most. We even offer FREE shipping both ways & give you 30 days to return. Again, we do apologize that you missed our policy before you made your purchase and hope that you find something that you LOVE with your store credit.

“I was very disappointed in the outfit I had ordered the ear rings were a turquoise blue not the same blue in the shirt or the tank. The outfit was not the same as the picture. All the clothes were very wrinkly I had ordered three outfits. The scarf and shirts I had to wash to get wrinkloolooes out when taking them out of a shipping bag. When I sent The outfit that did not match with ear rings back instead of taking the amount off of my credit card you have me in store credit. That is not right.”

We take pride in putting together our BBB Sets and we still think this set looks fantastic, but not everyone will agree and that's OK. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that there won't be wrinkles in the clothes upon arrival as they are shipped and not purchased in a physical store. We are very sorry that you somehow missed our return policy before you made your purchase. “Love what I've gotten. Customer service is excellent. Only complaint is I wish more of the BBB sets were in plus sizes. 9 out of 10 times I go to order something and it isn't in larger sizes. Very disappointing.”

“Quality is terrible. I followed the size chart and the top I ordered is huge. For the price I was very disappointed. Forever 21 tanks are made better and the earrings look like they were purchased at the dollar store. Now I'm stuck with a Betsy Boo credit because they don't give refunds. Buyer beware. Don't be fooled by the reviews like I was.”

We're truly sorry that your items didn't live up to your expectations. We do state in the product description how this fit. It is a loose-fitting shirt, so maybe you missed that. Our tanks are also one of our best-selling items and wondering if you got a defective one? You'll find that our return policy is very good compared to other boutique shops. We do issue store credit (which most people love...they can find something else and get another BBB package in the mail) that does not expire and has no exclusions. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is actually much better than most, in that we offer free shipping both ways & give you 30 days to return. Again, we are sorry about your experience, but confident you'll be able to find something you love, like so many of our other customers.
