“WOW!!! I have ordered several times from BBB, yet this is my 1st review . I felt the need to write this because of the EXCELLENT experiences I have had with EVERY order. With all of my orders, only 1 time have I had to return my items. And that is because I ordered the wrong size. And within a week , I was sent a full refund (BBB gift card ) more shopping time for me :) My absolute favorite thing about BBB is the quick delivery time. I am an "instant gratification" type of girl. And there is nothing better then placing an order and then 2 days letter receiving that email that's says " Your order has been shipped " I LOVE BBB !! #foreveracustomer”

“I am 5’ 10” tall and the first outfit ordered was not a good fit (sleeve length). I’m guessing if your tall, this company may not be for you. Since I have to find something else I’m trying again.”

“The quality was lacking compared to the price. Kind of like Forever 21 quality of the top and dollar store quality for the earrings. Super chinsy cami. Concept is great, quality is not. Oh, and they only issue credit in the form of a gift card to Betsy Boo. I was dissppointed in the whole experience. Now I'm stuck with a Betsy Boo credit for cheap looking clothes.”

“First of all I want to say what a great website!!! My clothes delivered pretty fast, they fit great, and looked awesome. The quality of the clothing was also great 👍!! My first order was some clothing from the 40% off winter sale so that I could see how everything fit, I was amazed. I immediately purchased a set that I’m waiting patiently for, it will ship early this month 😊. I can’t wait, I got compliments on all the tops I bought. Love 💕 Betsy Boos!! Will continue to shop! As long as my size is available. 💕”

We are sorry to see that the sizing chart didn't match what you were expecting. This set ran from came in Small to XXXL. It stated in the product description, fits loose and true to size: Small 2/4, Medium 6/8, Large 10/12, XL 14/16, XXL 18, XXXL 20. This shirt did run true to our description as shown above and wondering if you received a miss marked item. We try to double check sizing when we send out but may have missed one. We also haven't heard of others complaining about the sizing of this shirt. It looks like you are still within the 30-day return policy.
