“Delivery left on doorstep ,we needed neighbours help to take indoors , one unit damaged and two boxes of tiles. Arranged collection for Friday and they turned up Thursday and only collected unit. Poor organisational customer service is very poor to contact and inform you of what is happening with your order”

WE CALLED THEM AND WAS TOLD THE TILES WERE AVAILABLE AT THEIR MIDLANDS DEPORT BUT THE CEMENT / GROUT AT MANCHESTER..THEY HAD TO ARRANGE A SPECIAL DELIVERY ON THURSDAY TO SLOUGH..SO AFTER GIVING THEM GRIEF THIS WAS DELIVERED TO US”
“The first delivery was missing a toilet cistern. Which to be fair was replaced within a few days. However when we opened the undamaged box the cistern was cracked and scratched and didn't even match the toilet bowl either. I am still waiting for a resolution to this matter.”

“Very poor quality products - you get what you pay for here. Shocking toilet seats cheap flimsy plastic with plastic strip across the back - even on the more expensive toilets they offer they all had the same cheap feel. They are soft close for a reason - there is no weight in them! Will be buying elsewhere.”

When they arrived to collect the panels they also brought another duplicate bath order. Could do with better administration”
